Say...could shrinkage from these pallets of cash be paying for the more efficient ground to air missles that are now killing so many of our helicopters and crews, and better other weapons? Naw, lets blame it on Iran, and attack them next. After all, those defense industry dollars have to be spent somewhere, now that it looks like we might be leaving Iraq.
